Hello my lovely readers and my new readers! Thank you to Raw Food Rehab on Facebook for sharing my blog on their page. It was lovely to see! I woke up today with a bit more energy then normal for me, at least lately. It was a nice little change. If this continues to be a trend I might just be able to kick the coffee habit a little sooner then expected. I know in my last post I wrote the calories I ate, fat, and protein. I am not planning on doing that for every post. It's not really how I eat. I like to eat more intuitive going toward eating what my body is signaling to me that it wants. I also only eat when I am hungry or getting hungry for that matter. The stats were more for a reference so others can see that I can successfully get protein without consuming animal product. It's a shock for some of them I know. I still feel like I am going strong and not really tempted to eat cooked food yet. I even made my husband his cooked dinner tonight with no wishes to try it. So what did I eat today?

There are recipes for all of these that I will share when I write my book. I can tell you everything here is 100% Raw Vegan and it was all very delicious. I even got the approval from my husband when he tried Banana Ice Cream for the first time. I am still liking doing more of an 80/10/10 diet then anything. My body is really liking it and I am feeling really good. I'll leave you with a little photo teaser of my dessert because being raw and healthy does not mean being boring!
